Where to stay...

• The rooms at the Golden Crown are well appointed, more than comfortable, and always spotlessly clean after the maid service has been completed. Flowers on each pillow of the turned down kings size bed are a welcome sight to come back to after an evening's entertainment in the lounge. There are two guest room options available...Either deluxe or club. The only difference would appear to be the double Jacuzzi style hot tub in the club rooms. If one participates in the many activities available at the property, like an hour on the personal water crafts, that hot tub experience becomes tremendously welcoming.

Where to eat...

• The food services are exceptional in this all-inclusive resort. A unique feature is an ocean side restaurant called Pier 12...Which serves as an excellent seafood restaurant from Noon until 5PM, then converts to a wonderful steak house from 6Pm onward.
• The Shangri La is the feature restaurant with a design and ambience to rival top restaurants anywhere. With a five course menu which changes daily you will not tire of the selection of the quality whether you are there for a week or two weeks.
• For those who may not always like buffet style meals, try this on for size. Sushi is available daily. Chinese food options are prepared in front of you, as are many of the traditional Mexican food offerings. Simply put, this is a quality resort from top to bottom. And if you still want more choice, a regular shuttle will take you to their nearby family resort where at least five other restaurant choices await you.
